Vegan Omelet (eggless omelette)

Made with ingredients found in most commercial kitchens, the final product is easy to make, has a good texture, and tastes great.

Vegan Omelet
(eggless omelette)

Start with silken tofu (available through most produce companies).


Add the silken tofu to a food processor along with vegetable oil, turmeric for color, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and cornstarch and flour for binding.
  


Pour into a container, label, date, and refrigerate until needed. Use within 5 days.

Pour some batter into a pan-sprayed omelet pan.

Fill with raw or sauteed veggies.
