Vegan Ice Cream (Coconut Oreo)

For the students at MIT who prefer a non-dairy ice cream I created a vegan Coconut Oreo Ice Cream.
I added the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and placed it in the walk-in freezer. Then about every 15-30 minutes I gave it a stir (I needed to use the electric mixer the last couple of mixes). After about 5 hours it was all done. It only has four ingredients- coconut milk, sugar, vanilla, and Oreos. Add the Oreos after the ice cream has frozen. See recipe on recipe tab.
