Vegan Pizza

Make vegan pizza by simply leaving off the cheese. Roasting (preferably) or tossing the vegetables with a little bit of vegetable or olive oil can help replace the oils/fat usually found in cheese.  Crumple a bit of tofu on top if available. Use vegan crust and sauce.
Get dough ready.
Dock dough.
This can happen if you do not dock the dough!
Giant pocket sandwich anyone? 
Pre-baking the crust works well if you have multiple
pizzas to make, you need to make them ahead of
time, and you want the crust to stay crispy.
Pizza sauce.
One six ounce ladle should be enough sauce per pizza.
Get your veggies ready.
Roasted vegetables.
Add roasted vegetables.

Five pound block of extra firm tofu.
Crumble tofu.
Add tofu.

Fresh out of the oven.
