It might have been cold outside but things were heating up at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts Saturday night.

If your ears perk up when you hear green curry paste, Sriracha sauce, cayenne pepper, or jalapenos, then this class is for you. Explore some of the exotic foods of the world which are known for their heat. Kung Pao Eggplant, Green Curry Tofu, Chana Masala, Jerk Tofu, Vegetable Vindaloo, and Spicy Orange Tofu will be on the menu today. Everyone in the class will get to create one of these spicy dishes along with helping with the roasted pepper bar which will include the habanero, serrano, jalapeno, and Thai chili pepper. How much spice can you take?
